How much will delivery cost?
FREE Standard delivery if you purchase 2 blends with your vaporising diffuser (Spend over £75). This will cost £4.95 otherwise. You should expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days.
Can I get my order on express delivery?
Yes – Just select this option at the checkout. Next working day delivery costs £6.95.

Are your products natural?
Yes, all of the blends within the Essential Wellness Range are 100% natural. Nothing has been added, nothing taken away.
What are essential oils?
Pure essential oils are 100% pure plant extract. The most common forms of extraction are expression or steam distillation of a particular part of the plant.
Every selection from The Essential Wellness Range contains a blend of 100% natural pure essential oils.
Where are they from?
The highest quality ingredients have been sourced from all over the world, then they have been blended here in the UK.
Can I apply The Essential Wellness Range to my skin?
None of the blends should be applied to the skin without being diluted. However, to get the most out of The Essential Wellness Range, we advise for them to be vaporised via one of our diffusers
How long should the 10ml bottle last?
We would expect 10ml of the blend to provide up to 350 hours of use with the vaporising diffusers. This all depends on how diluted you choose to use the blend.
How should I store my blends?
All of our essential oils blends should be stored in a cool, dark place. Use within 12 months of opening.
When shouldn't essential oils be used?
If you are pregnant, on a course of treatment with prescribed medication, or if you are in any doubt of any condition you may have, please seek the advice of a doctor or a medical professional before using the essential oils.
Are the essential oils safe to use with children?
For children under 6 years old, please use with caution. We advise using no more than 2 drops of essential oil within their vaporising diffuser. If you child is under 2 years old, please seek advice of a doctor or a medical professional before using the essential oils.
Can I leave my diffuser running when I go to sleep?
Yes, the diffuser will automatically turn off once the water runs dry.
Can I use the essential oils in any other way?
The blends must not be taken internally or used undiluted on the skin. From our experience, the wellness benefits of the natural ingredients are best achieved via inhalation; that's why we've specifically made our blends to be used with a vaporising diffuser.
How long will the diffuser run for?
With the basin filled up to the max line, it will run for up to 6 hours.
How shall I maintain my diffuser?
We advise to dry the basin of your diffuser at the end of each use with a clean cloth. The operation of the diffuser will depend on the ceramic disc being kept clean and dry when not in use (found in the bottom of the basin of the diffuser). After around 3000 hours of use, the ceramic disc may need replacing - please contact us on 01562 700869 or firstname.lastname@example.org
